Welcome! The purpose of this registration is to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of you as both a student and an individual. We encourage you to review each section carefully and discuss your responses with a parent or guardian before submitting. This will help ensure that all information—academic records, test scores, high school details, and extracurricular involvement—is accurate and complete.
*Note: There are five steps to the registration process:

2. Contact & Legacy Information
3. Student Academic Information
4. Student Questionnaire – The final question in this section provides space for Parent Comments. We strongly encourage parents or guardians to fill out this section to offer additional insights and context OR email to Deanna@toptieradmissions.com.
5. Please email the following Academic Files directly to Deanna@toptieradmissions.com
- High school transcript (for any high school attended) scanned into PDF format (obtained from your high school guidance office or registrar. An unofficial copy is fine!)
- High school profile (for any high school attended) scanned into PDF format (obtained from your High school guidance office)
- Standardized test scores (please send all test scores you have (score reports if possible), including any practice scores –plus information on tests you intend to take in the coming year)
- A recent photo of you in jpeg format
- Any report cards you have from high school with teacher comments
